Today I am showing you how to make a great summer treat!
Recipe to a watermelon mint ice pops...
*not my recipe* 

Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup mint leaves, minced
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest 
pinch of salt 

Steps:

  1. Puree the watermelon with the sugar in a blender until smooth
  2. Mix in the mint, lemon zest, and salt
  3. Pour the mixture into 8 ice-pop molds or 2 standard ice cube trays (insert ice-pop sticks before ice pops are completely frozen) 
  4. Freeze until hard, about 3 hours
