Recipe to a watermelon mint ice pops...
*not my recipe*
Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup mint leaves, minced
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
pinch of salt
Steps:
- Puree the watermelon with the sugar in a blender until smooth
- Mix in the mint, lemon zest, and salt
- Pour the mixture into 8 ice-pop molds or 2 standard ice cube trays (insert ice-pop sticks before ice pops are completely frozen)
- Freeze until hard, about 3 hours
